Performing duties in order to optimize the return on investment for the owner while providing a quality of living environment for the residents and promoting a positive working relationship with employees. Maintain budgeted occupancy levels at approved rental rates, collect specified rents, file evictions and approve write-offs as necessary. Arranges for and approves purchasing of supplies, services, and goods for the property.
Performs administrative functions in support of the apartment community while assisting the Community Manager in meeting the goals of the company by performing all assigned duties.
Conduct tours and lease apartments to prospective residents. Perform associated administrative and operational functions as set forth by the Community Manager.
Performs specific carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repairs in residential apartment communities. Participates in after hours and emergency reponse.
Performs and/or assists Lead Maintenance Tech in maintaining residential apartment communities. Participates in after hours and emergency responses.
